Legal
Terms of use.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Northstack workspace and when you buy a Northstack source-code license. By using the service or completing a purchase, you accept them.
The service
Northstack provides a workspace for teams, with projects, members, roles, billing and an assistant, and the public site that describes it. We may improve or change the service over time and will tell you about changes that affect what you pay for.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. A workspace has one owner, who decides who else may access it.
The source-code licenses
A license is a one-time purchase of the Northstack source code.
- Single project lets you build and launch one end product.
- Studio lets you build unlimited end products, for your studio and for your clients, and includes one year of priority support.
Both include the updates for the version you buy. Neither permits you to resell the source code as a template or starter, or to redistribute it through a template marketplace.
Payment
Subscription plans in the workspace are billed in advance for each period through the payment provider and renew until cancelled. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. License purchases are one-time payments.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to attack or overload the service or anyone else, or to store content you have no right to share. We may suspend a workspace that does, after telling its owner why.
Limitations
The service and the source code are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. If a dispute arises, write to us first through the contact form; most questions are settled that way.
