Your data rights.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with similar laws, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains them.
Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: have inaccurate data corrected; most of it you can change yourself in your profile.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it, for example invoices.
- Portability: receive your data in a common format.
- Objection and restriction: object to a use of your data, or ask us to limit it.
Why we may use your data
We use your data to provide the service you signed up for (the contract), to keep it secure and to answer your messages (our legitimate interest), and to keep records the law requires, such as invoices (legal obligation).
Where it is processed
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law recognises, such as standard contractual clauses.
Making a request
Send your request through the contact form from the email address on your account, so we can confirm it is you. We answer within one month.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
